Terms and Conditions

• No smoking in the studio or in common areas of the Besler Building.
• No shooting or filming in any common areas of the Besler Building.
• No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
• No pets allowed without prior consent of Studio 313.
• No glitter or confetti.
• No sparklers, roman candles or fire producing gags or effects.
• No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed inside the studio.
• Cleaning fee is included in rental, an additional fee may be applied for excessive trash removal.
• No nails, screws, or staples on the walls- you may use command strips only. You are responsible for any damage to the walls from the command strips.
• Please keep sounds to a minimum out of respect for our neighbors.
• Please do not let children or pets to run around the hallways or common areas.
