About our studio
- The Mercury Store is a start-up space for theatre artists – stage directors, choreographers, and devisers – providing people, space and time to look at and examine their work. It offers residencies, studio and co-working space, community and funding.
- The Mercury Store is committed to a new way of thinking about how theatre gets made; artistic excellence, a wide diversity of artists and practice, creative and intellectual risk-taking and rigor, and equitable working conditions are the guiding principles. The Mercury store offers facility rentals for theatrical, corporate, and social events.
The Mercury Store offers the option to rent our studios for rehearsals and workshops. Note: We do not rent for performances or productions with ticketed audience attendance. Rentals are available in a limited capacity during our seasons (September- December and February-May) and in more expanded fashion during the summer months. We offer discounted rates for non-profit organizations and individual artists. We are also available for rent for weddings, parties, and corporate events, primarily during the summer and mid-winter seasons.Please note that we use our warehouse for our own events so please contact us about availability around our in-house events!
