- Large 4000 sq. ft. sound stage 30.5’ X 73.5’. (Available to rent hourly).
- White Cycloramic Stage 30.5’ X 21.5’. (Located on one end of sound stage).
- Green Cycloramic Stage 30.5’ X 16’. (located on oppisue end of sound stage).
- Ceiling Height 18'
- Floor to ceiling black velvet curtain (between the stages) can be opened or closed depending on the clients needs and size of production/event of use as a black box set.

Lounge, Conference & Kitchen
- Large comfortable Green Room/Lounge (24’ X 32’) furnished with sofas, chairs and tables—great place for talent to relax when not needed on stage or a great place to use for meals. Includes regrigerated water.
- A conference/war room (17’ X 29’) with a 10’ conference table, 10 office chairs, a TV monitor and computer/wifi access.
- A well lit makup room.
- Access to the kitchen for any catering needs.

Rentals
- All rentals include wifi access with download speeds of 200 Mbps and upload speeds of 20 Mbps.
- Rentals include the use of the conference/war room, green room, hair and makeup room and kitchen (see above).
- 4000 sq ft+ soundstage is available to rent at hourly, half-day, and full-day rates.
Loading & Unloading
- A large garage (20.5’ X 45’) with a tall door (12’ wide X 10’ tall) for easy load-in and load-out and/or use in set building or large item storage.

- There is parking for 12 cars in front of the Studio.
- Arrangements can be made with neighboring businesses for an additional 125 parking spaces.
