Bookings

A Booking is only valid upon receipt of a signed contract, deposit if required*, and confirmation by Pacific Light Studios. A certificate of insurance must be received prior to the booked date.

*For Studio Bookings with additional services, talent or staff provided by PLS, a 50% hold fee of the full rental is required at time of Booking.

Because we often have to decline other rental requests for booked or held dates, cancellations prior to rentals date are subject to the following charges:

Studio Rental Only

Refunds are the discretion of PLS based on circumstances.

SINGLE/TWO DAY RENTALS

A non-refundable 20% Hold Fee is required at time of booking.

MULTI-DAY RENTALS (3 or more days)

A non-refundable 30% Hold Fee is required at time of booking.

Studio Rental + Production Crew or Other Services

A non-refundable 50% Hold Fee is required at time of booking for any rentals of any length with PLS production crew or other services

Insurance Requirements

Renters using the studio are required to provide PLS with Certificate of Insurance if requested. If renter does not have insurance, all staff, guests, contractors and talent on-site with renter MUST sign a liability release form.
