COVID-19 Community Commitment:We’re available and committed to help/serve as much as we can during current time. We’re constantly sanitizing our space with anti-viral cleaning products and UV sterilization lights after each space usage and we also provide hand sanitizers for our guests. Our minimum hours requirement will be 3-hours during weekdays and weekends. We may be flexible depending on the number of guests and whether you need to use our equipment. We expect all our renters to abide by all local laws and regulations.
Terms and Conditions:Nothing illegal on premises. Renters must comply with all local laws and ordinances.No smoke machines, glitter, or confetti allowed. Renter is expected to know how to properly use any equipment included in a rental. If they don't, they can hire our studio manager to assist during the shoot ($100/hr). If any equipment is broken, the renter is responsible for the cost of fixing or replacing broken items. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of full rental cost. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
