About our studio
2000 SQFT FULL-SERVICE BOUTIQUE FILM AND PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO
We’ve designed the studio experience to be as modular as possible. We therefore offer select lighting and grip equipment for rental, as well as 11 X 11 and 20 X 30 chroma cloth green screen options. Parking is available in our dedicated lot, or on the street adjacent to the studio property. And, load in is a breeze as the studio itself contains a garage door.

Green Screen
Green screen is one of the most popular production technologies, and here’s how we wrangle it: lay down a 11’ x 11’, or 20’ X 30’ chroma key cloth. Size matters , so be sure to find the dimensions that suit your project best.

Cushy, cozy, and Wi-Fi ready, our professionally-designed lounge features a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, printer, and 60” TV with streaming capabilities. It’s the perfect setting for work. Even better for relaxing.
Flat Wall
Our most versatile tool: a 24’ x 10’ flat wall primed for paint, wallpaper, and everything else you need for the sets you dream up. Also includes two full-size duvetyne curtains for easy access to an infinite black background.

- Half Day - Up to 4 hours - $500
- Overtime beyond 4 hours will result in a full day rate, overtime beyond 8 hours will be billed hourly at $150 / hour
