No smoking inside the building

Outside catering is allowed

No alcohol allowed after 8:00 PM

No open flames or pyrotechnics

No confetti, glitter, or powder without prior approval

No loud music or amplified sound after 10:00 PM

Furniture and decor must be returned to original position

All trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins

Guests must provide event insurance for productions or gatherings

All deliveries and load-ins must be coordinated in advance

No nails, screws, or adhesives on walls without permission

Pets allowed only with prior approval

Use of roll-up door and patio area must be supervised

Parking is limited to 11 spaces — no blocking driveways or neighbors
