Terms and Conditions

• No smoking or vaping inside the building

• No illegal drugs or unlawful activity permitted on the premises

• All bookings must include setup and breakdown time

• Overtime will be billed if your session runs past the scheduled time

• Guests must respect the space and leave it in the same condition it was found

• Furniture, props, and equipment must be handled with care and returned to original placement

• Any damages to the space or equipment will be the responsibility of the booking party

• Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level, especially during late hours

• Outside catering is allowed, but all trash must be properly disposed of

• No large parties or events unless approved in advance

• Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times

• Production equipment is not included unless agreed upon prior to booking

• A site manager may be present during bookings if needed

• All minors must be supervised by an adult

• No confetti, glitter, or hard-to-clean materials without prior approval
