Please Inquire.Loft 10 is one of our open‑plan environment designed for ambitious productions and multi‑set builds. To preserve the quality and integrity of this signature studio, we ask that all clients agree to the following:

Preservation of the Loft Loft 10 features premium finishes, custom flooring, and architectural details that support high‑end productions. Please handle all surfaces, walls, and furnishings with care.

Set Builds & Styling The loft may be rented raw or fully styled using selections from our in‑house Props Department. For custom environments, our expert set‑build team is available to bring your vision to life. All construction, painting, or wall installations must be approved in advance.

Furniture & Props Loft 10 has access to our full inventory of designer furniture, beds, sofas, chairs, walls, and set décor. Please browse our Props page and submit your selections prior to your shoot.

Lighting & Equipment Natural light floods the loft, but when additional lighting is required, our Equipment Department offers a complete range of professional gear. Only authorized personnel may operate studio equipment.

Load‑In & Load‑Out Due to the scale of productions typically hosted in Loft 10, all load‑ins and load‑outs must be coordinated with our studio manager to ensure smooth access and building compliance.

Cancellations & Scheduling Given the high demand for Loft 10, cancellations or rescheduling must follow our standard policy. Late cancellations may result in full or partial charges.
