Studio Code of Conduct
Trash | Compost | Recycling
- Please dispose of your trash in the appropriate bins
• Do not leave any large items or furniture near the garbage bins. If you have
something too large for the bins (larger than 2ft x 2ft) , you are responsible for the removal of your item(s). If you are found to have left large items that are too big for the bins, you can
be charged for the cost of time and services for the removal.
Guests
• Renters must remain with their guests and not leave guests in the building while
they are not here.
• Renters are responsible for guests and take on all liability for any damages or
disruptions caused by your guests.
Furniture & Items in the space
• We ask that you do not remove any furniture or items from common areas. If you would like to borrow items for a big meeting or event, please email your rental point of contact and request approval prior to doing so, this way we can keep track of our inventory and ensure the space
retains all of the great items for all of our members.
Cell phone usage
Cell phone usage allowed everywhere but please be considerate of your surroundings and other members. Please try to find a quiet place if you plan to speak loudly or have a long call.
Smoking & Open Flame
• No smoking at any time anywhere within the building, including vape pens.
• There is no open flame allowed at any time (candles, flame used by caterers to keep
food warm must be supervised at all times).
Pets
• We love furry friends - dogs are allowed as long as they are well-behaved and remain in your eyesight for the duration of their time in the building. If there is any damage caused by your pet, Lease Holders reserve the right to charge the associated fee to repair the damage.
