Fairway is a full-service photo / production studio rental space in Chelsea, NYC, offering hourly and daily rentals with equipment optional. We provide reliable service and quality studio space at a great value, flexible to your needs. Since 1999.

Whether it's fashion, still life, celebrity, catalogs, food, products, or video, or you need space for interviews and castings, we'll help you turn your ideas into reality.

Studio #2 is a beautiful and charming location that provides you with the space and look you would need for those larger shoots. Our 24x20' studio is the perfect space for all of your creative needs. It is fully equipped with seamless setup, hair and makeup stations, wifi, iPod hookups, racks, tables, and chairs. This space can host parties of up to 20 people comfortably while leaving plenty of room to do hair, makeup, styling, and more.

Clients in the past have used the space for e-commerce, castings, editorial shoots, catalog shoots, video production, music videos, production meet-up space, classes, fashion shoots, and much more.

Similar to Studio #1, this space has hardwood floors, all white walls, 12-foot ceilings, and four large windows which allow for daylight shooting. We have a large range of equipment included with your rental and available for rent.

Our studio is open 7 days, 10am-6pm. If you'd like to book outside our normal studio hours, no problem — just give us a call.

The Space

Furniture

We offer blank event space, though we have some basic furniture on-premise: a large table, benches, a couch, stools, folding tables and chairs. Please call to check for availability when booking.

You can rent additional furniture directly through vendors in the area if needed, or it may be arranged by your planner. Contact us for more information.
