About our studio
Charm! We are in a fully restored 1890's detached carriage house on Capitol Hill. Hidden down a lane in a courtyard it is quiet and discrete.
Our backyard is perfect to lounge in and grab some sun and maybe even a few shots. We are fully equipped with Profoto, KinoFlow and Matthews equipment for your needs.
- Rate includes all props, backdrops and gear in the studio (Video projector and Prompter are extra).
- Our clients include CBS 60 Minutes, The BBC, NBC, ABC, PBS Frontline, Red Rock Films, Pulse Films and more!

Access
Parking
Crew vehicles are best parked in the front on the carriage door side. Don’t park anywhere else in the courtyard, you’ll be ticked and towed, plus the neighbors will bang on the door and tell you to move. If your vehicle is long and sticks out too far blocking driveways on the right side of the building, don’t park it there, please go and grab some street parking, there is plenty in our area.
