What truly sets us apart is our wide-ranging and all encompassing capabilities: a future-forward production studio and a large-scale flexible event space with an in-house creative and virtual art team. From hosting activations for global brands and enabling rapid prototyping for tech leaders to running data capture and ICVFX for large scale film and tv productions, our team understands both the creative and logistical demands of modern storytelling.

About our studio
ZeroSpace is a state-of-the-art 50,000 sq. ft. production facility located in the heart of Brooklyn. Designed for cutting-edge creative work, Studio A includes a full-scale virtual production stage (65' x 16' curved LED volume), motion capture stage, and a 3D scanning stage.
Studio A is best suited for ICVFX Virtual Production and 2D Plate shoots, as well as car processes. You also have the option of placing our Subway set within our LED Volume!
There are two gated exterior parking lots available as well as four truck loading docks on the Baltic St (north) side of the building, and two rollgates with drive-in access on the Butler St. (South) side of the building.
We are currently a level 1 QPF, and Studio A is interconnected with our three other studio spaces, totaling approximately 40,000 SF, which are largely column free and feature 16’~30’ ceilings. Contingent on scope and budget, these studios may be rented individually, or combined as a whole-space rental for larger productions. Flex spaces for production offices and/or green rooms are also available as a rental add-on.

Parking
Studio A has a parking lot that can comfortably accommodate 10 cars. Our parking lot has also been used as a guest facing food truck court for live events.
