ZeroSpace is a state-of-the-art 50,000 sq. ft. production facility located in the heart of Brooklyn.

Studio B is a ~15,000 sq. ft. flexible production and event space. It is largely column free with ceiling heights ranging from 20'~30'. It is equipped with a motorized truss that has a basic lighting and PA system with a turn-on fee. There are two bathrooms with 14 stalls total.

Studio B is interconnected with Studio A, which houses our full-scale virtual production stage (65' x 16' curved LED volume), motion capture stage, and 3D scanning stage, as well as with Studios C and D, which offer an additional ~25,000 sq. ft. of flexible space, ideal for large-scale events and productions. With ample power, HVAC, production offices, and a seasoned team on-site, ZeroSpace is built to scale with your event or space rental. Whether you're producing high-end commercials, live broadcasts, conferences, public expos, concerts, or fashion campaigns, ZeroSpace is equipped to support productions at any scale.

There are two gated exterior parking lots available as well as four truck loading docks on the Baltic St (north) side of the building, and two rollgates with drive-in access on the Butler St. (South) side of the building.

This rental includes space, utilities, studio manager, and house projections / basic background sound system.
